Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience working in sales, media, advertising, e-commerce or digital industry.
Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently.
Experience in sales and marketing with an understanding of sales, media, advertising, e-commerce or search.
Experience working in Asia (Southeast Asia exposure).
Experience in structuring and implementing initiatives with sales teams.
Relevant experience in online media sales.
Demonstrated ability to work in teams and to take initiatives.
Detail-oriented with the ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work while maintaining high quality.

As an Account Strategist in Southeast Asia, you’ll be in charge of a portfolio of small to medium-sized business accounts. You’ll provide them with excellent consultancy services and use your analytical skills and deep knowledge of the internet to help advertisers grow their business through a combination of one-to-one, scalable outreach and support. You will work in partnership with key advertisers to understand their strategies and increase their understanding of Google’s advertising solutions, as well as provide them with tactical implementation and maintenance support of their Google Ads accounts. You’ll deliver value through creative advertising solutions and strategic advice.

Analyze account leads and activities to proactively identify opportunities. Promote strategies to advertisers to improve campaign performances from existing Google Ads advertisers through consultative approaches via email/phone.
Create keywords, ad groups, account structure and budget recommendations to maximize account potential and add advertiser value. Manage relationships with key advertisers and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges.
Leverage strategic partnerships to contribute to our advertisers’ business and optimize their accounts.
Optimize growth for Google and be accountable for the team’s quarterly goals.
Develop detailed Google Ads campaign proposals for key new advertisers and execute quick optimizations with a high degree of quality, keeping advertiser objectives in mind. Develop keywords, advertising texts, bids, placement sites and other campaign parameters/features suggestions.
